This Privacy Policy explains how the Sanad Coaching application ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information. Sanad Coaching is a private gym management application designed to facilitate coaching between a single trainer and their students.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our coaching services, we collect and store the following types of data:

• Account Information: When an account is created, we collect a name and a username.
• Health and Fitness Data: We collect physiological and fitness progress data, which includes body weight, body measurements (such as waist, chest, arms, thighs, hips, and body fat percentage), and daily step counts.
• Device Information: We collect your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to send you push notifications.

2. Device Permissions

Our application requires specific device permissions to function correctly:

• Physical Activity (Sensors): We request access to your device's built-in step counter hardware to track your daily steps, which are synced to your fitness profile. We do not use GPS or track your physical location.
• Notifications: We request permission to send you alerts regarding coach announcements, membership expirations, and level-ups.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly to provide and improve the coaching experience:

• Progress Tracking: To allow your trainer to set goals, monitor your weight, and track your workout compliance.
• Leaderboards: To rank students based on their step streaks, weight progress, and program levels.
• Communication: To deliver targeted alerts and gym-wide announcements from your coach directly to your device.

4. Data Storage and Third-Party Services

Sanad Coaching does not operate its own custom backend servers. All user data is processed and securely stored using Google Firebase (specifically Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore).

• Your data is transmitted securely and stored in our Firebase database.
